Clients like to feel they can trust their stylists. In fact, 31% said they give their stylists complete freedom in choosing their haircolor and haircolor products.

3. Expertise, of course.

Your clients think of you as a hair expert. And they sense when you know what you're talking about.

4. Always stays on top.

Clients depend on you to know about the latest trends, newest looks. And to keep them looking up-to-date.

5. A fabulous sense of humor.

Believe it or not, it can go a long way. Clients like to leave the salon not only looking good, but feeling good, too.
