+ 2 oz. Pure White Crème Developer 20 Volume

2 oz. FLARE Me™ Be You Blue
+ 2 oz. Pure White Crème Developer 10 Volume
+ 2 oz. Pure White Crème Developer 10 Volume
FORMULA C
2 oz. FLARE Me™ Tough as Teal
+ 2 oz. Pure White Crème Developer 10 Volume
+ 2 oz. Pure White Crème Developer 10 Volume
STYLE

Choose your FLARE Me shade and determine the color placement. Take random ½-inch sections of hair and apply Formula A, using a free hand painting technique. Evenly saturate the entire section, but keep the application ¼ inch away from the scalp.

Process for up to 45 minutes or until lightened to a golden blonde shade. Shampoo and condition with iThrive™ Keratin Rescue.

Using a bowl and brush, apply Formula B to one of the pre-lightened sections. Saturate from roots to ends for the most vibrancy and tone. Apply Formula C to the next section. Continue working around the head, alternating Formulas B and C. Process for 30 minutes at room temperature. Shampoo and condition with iThrive Keratin Rescue.
